The auction is scheduled for April 13 and has a minimum bid of $13.25 million.

ments. Nahoum, who has photographed celebrities such as Robert De Niro and Cher and his ex-girlfriend and model Basia Milewicz, bought the first unit in 1999 and added the others three years later.

The couple split up in 2012 and started fighting over the penthouse’ ownership. In 2015, Nahoum sued Milewicz for allegedly failing to honor a deal to sell her stake in the unit.

The apartment feature 36-foot-tall ceilings and 24-foot-tall windows in the living room, a jacuzzi and outdoor terraces spanning 3,500 square feet.
